Tools location in Misery 2.1 (Spoiler)

Playing in Sniper mode, I found the tools in the following locations:

Tools for Cadran, the drunk techie, at Skadovsk in Zaton (the starting area of the game):
Basic tools = Ranger station up on some pipes in the main hangar garage.
Fine tools = Iron forest helicopter crash site shed under the stairs.
Calibration tools = I finally found them (a double set yet!) up in the roof loft of the farmhouse at the Sawmill! Some glitches are great...

Tools for Nitro in Yanov station :
Basic tools=found under the house of the AA complex with the garage under the building.
You get into the basement after finding a document with the door lock combination in the back room of the house on the ground level with the corpse. Then you have to go through the garage, open the locked door, through some ventilation tunnels until you come to the storeroom with the burer in it (looks like a little monk) that you have to kill. Use two rifle grenades for a quick kill. The tools are in a stash in a metal crate near where the burer lies.
Fine tools= are in the back of the Jupiter Plant complex near the big front loaders where there are all the containers and buildings. It is in a tight space between a building wall and a fence.
Calibration tools=EUREKA! I found them! You have to go to the siding station in the wall near the tunnel to the far southwest of Yanov station. This also happens to be the entrance to the long series of rooms to the Oasis. Go in the entrance and turn right. Be careful as there are sometimes three bandits hiding in there that you need to dispatch. Go in the room and turn left into the room with a fallen bookcase and the bathroom. Turn left and go through the door into an ante chamber. Turn left and take the stairs down into an open space. Turn right to go through a door into a deadend room. There is a fallen bookcase in the upper left corner. The calibration tool set is hidden behind this bookcase!

Teh calibration tools are different for each class. So if you don't find them, you're not a sniper. The calibration tools in Zaton for Assaulter are in the Merc facillity, where the ammo normally is just inside on the table on thr ground floor.

Still can't find the calibration tools for nitro as sniper. I tried the ventilation complex room that you said and the blue bus in jupiter plant. Where did they put them for 2.1?

Another place i found the calibration tools in jupiter (Sniper) was in the bunker by the train tracks just south of yanov. The tools will be in the basement inside the bunker, behind (or inside, I forget) a bin inside a room down some stairs.

Thanks for this, I was getting mixed information regarding the calibration tools location for Sniper but I can now also confirm I got them in the in the loft of the farmhouse in Sawmill. (Version 2.1)

For those who found the topic for a web search: the 1st and second tools (basic/fine) are at the same places for all class (I looked in misery 2.2 files)

Sorry for necroposting, but since this is 1st result in web search for "stalker misery tools location", I thought I would leave a detailed answer here for all those to come.

As Mystra007 correctly noted, basic and fine tools are the same for all classes, while calibration tools are different.
