Duty Trader PDA

Who should I give it to? Which faction should I be friends with? I've heard that Freedom sells good equipment, but I still don't know. I personally like Duty, but Freedom apparently has good stuff. Help

Up to you, it really doesn't matter. You can see the achievement rewards on the Wiki.

A Man of blance is popular becuase from a roleplay perspective it aligns with being a true (neutral) stalker, and both Hawaiian & Nitro lower their prices.

However, consider also: There is a quest called Duty Warehouse which gives you access to a bunch of loot; which iirc is only accessible by giving Morgan's PDA to either Freedom or Duty.

Personally I just go with Friend of Freedom.

The choice is yours, but if you're not sure which option is the best for you: Save your game in this moment and try all choices one by one, so you can find out which one will be the best choice in your opinion.
