Russian audio w/ English subs/text?

Anyone have an up to date mod download or method to have all spoken language be Russian with English subs, UI text, etc.

Most of the old threads on the subject link to mods on the defunct filefront and I'm not finding anything relevant on Moddb.

Steam's way of switching the localization via Properties > Language is a bit odd and trying to mess around with the localization files myself hasn't given any results. I can get Russian audio with english subs on but all the UI text just displays the IDs (e.g., like "UI_healthdisplay_blahblah")

This is an option in Misery 2.1, although that's a total conversion mod which may not be what you're after.

I've never used it but there is an old mod available still (I'm almost positive) on ModDb that adds full Russian audio or subbed support. It was created by a Russian team and had been on there for years. If it's no longer available on ModDb I'd do a general search and you may find it on the old Scrolls sites that still hang around.

On second thought (Sorry, but it's been YEARS), the mod I'm thinking of could have been a total conversion mod. Thinking about it now makes me remember something about "Winter" or something like that. I believe that was the one that added full Russian support. Do a search. The old mod will probably be back-dated and might still be available on an old support site or Russian site. You'll need Google translate to find it maybe.
