Report a translation problem
The reason why item condition is so low is cause uhh.... idk honestly.
if you ever watched alot of anomaly gameplay you would know this.
all items that are looted from npcs in anomaly are low condition, heck even i dont play anomaly and i already know this
now i know a setting where you could fix this but i dont exactly remember.
Apart from going insane regarding finding and getting the Addons to work, I'd say it's worth it.
Also i needed to put this post up to confirm some stuff, i thank you all.
I just looked up Gamma and idk how i could have missed this, it looks really neat i might try it.

If there is something similar for Anomaly you can use it to change weapon condition for each faction and rank.
