3 veles detectors
have got 2 but cant find 3rd was on digger has moved now but dont now where any help.

You can always buy the last one. Thats what I usually end up doing.

in misery you need to kill one of the mercs and the lesder of the group of stalkers outside the bunker but the 3rd is not in the digger .

Try talking to hermann the scientist in the bunker, he sells Veles detectors one at a time

The vales detector in the excavator can be found, north in Kopachi.

The way of getting the vales detector can be tricky. You have to get on the wheels, of the excavator. With a bit of parkcore you'll be able to get on top of it. Crouch and slowly fall on the front of the cabin, and in to the window frame.

Plus, it's a stash as well.
