Anomaly vs CoC - which is the best mod?

I tried Misery right now and didnt like it at all. It was too dark for me and a bandit shooted at me with no warning at the beginning. I completed the vanilla version and liked call of pripyat a lot. Can you guys tell me what is the best thing out there with simple instalation? Thank you
