S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Call of Pripyat

S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Call of Pripyat

Does Tuna ever make another appearance?
At the beginning, your sent off to find this artifact on this barge, and after exiting the boat. this NPC stops you and tries to swindle it off you, and when that doesn't work, he and another stalker takes it at gun point.
you see him selling the artifact to Beard, and I swore if he ever crossed me again bluh bluh.
I don't think I saw that guy ever again. which is disappointing since it gave you a sense that everyone else was after these things and made it more immersive.

I don't know about Tuna, but I know a couple of other stalkers do persist, so it's likely he sticks around. He may stay in the camp from then on though.

I know that the stalker that you save from the boiler anomaly persists.

He's gone after that encounter, there isn't a special encounter where you take revenge or anything like that.

feels like a missed opportunity. But I still liked it either way.

Pfft. He held me at gunpoint and took it then he took off running. That set me off wrong. I ran after his ass and shot him in the back a distance away before he made it to the boat. Took my artifact back! No, Tuna isn't ever going to show his face again.

I loved that at the start. I knew I was in for something special after making it through Clear Sky. Great stuff.

I don't think Tuna ever appears again. I don't know if he does anyways because I always shoot him on sight.

Tuna becomes like any of the other NPCs, keeping some kind of a schedule and wandering the game map.

I gave him the artifact, followed him and saw him sell it to Beard.
Beard did not want to get involved (consistant with being a fence for stolen goods).
I then turned to confront Tuna in conversation and he gave snark.

Later I saw him and his two people approach the barge and Tuna stood by the door where I met him the first time. Entering the barge by another route, I thought to exit near where Tuna stood and see if he would try to scam me again.

But as i was moving through the barge they were distracted by something and Tuna and friends chased off somewhere and i lost track of them

Days later, while seearching randomly slain stalker bodies around the frieghter; one was Tuna , keeping corpse company with his two dead accomplices. Possibly bandits? Dogs? A fishy deal found out and gone bad?

Yes so keep looking for Tuna, he is out there somewhere unless the Zone took him

See, I thought so, but I wasn't sure. I know that Awl and Petruha persist because I found them in a firefight against a chimera that sadly I couldn't kill fast enough to save them. Didn't realize till I was looting their corpses and their names stuck out to me for being a single word instead of two.
