Or just go into your weapon files under gamedata/config/weapons or something along there and look for the .ltx for the weapon in question. There you can either just give it a billion condition, reduce condition loss to 0, or manually adjust the threshold at which it starts misfiring.
But if you set it to -1 then whenever you shoot a gun once, it'll become perfect condition instantly and never go down. This includes it being fired by NPCs. This is both good for not worrying about repairing weapons all the time, and also good for making multiples of the same weapon stack together in the inventory.
On the flip side, you need to keep in mind that such mechanic is part of the main games because it looks like you haven't play them.
