[Misery 2.2] Does Unhealthy food actually have negative side effects?

So I've been eating those moldy bread/rotten meat food things and I've never had a problem with them.

Is that just fluff text?

Both values are small 1-3 bars depending on food , you only specificly notice when you know exact value as eating removes interface as animation of eating plays

generaly more valuable and cleaner high quality food , heals more , i think chocolate heals the most
