Random death in the Anomaly mod?

I've been playing some of the Anomaly mod and my ironman game ended because I walked into the military trader's room. I had just taken some meds and eaten food to keep my health up (no rads, no hunger, about 80% health) and was going to buy some ammo. But as soon as I passed the threshold of the door my character fell over, dead. I have no idea why this happened because I was playing duty and the military were neutral, I just finished doing a mission for them. I don't think it was an anomaly either because I don't think there's an invisible instant death anomaly.

Ive seen instances of getting stuck on dynamic props where the item will glitch out and kill your character because it hits you with extreme speed and force like a barrel from a poltergeist. Things like bed frames, barrels etc but its extremely rare.

I can confirm what Heresy said, if you see or hear an item spasm out like crazy, dont go near it, it might kill you

Not on ironman or anything I just deactivated the Brain Scorcher and fast travelled to the 100 roads bar drank energy drinks and ate and randomly died. 100% health and everything there was no reason for me to keel over. It's been happening alot. Can't do anything without keeling over. I even tried sleeping and I only slept an hour before I died. Tried doing virtually everything and still kept dying. I'm playing on hard and the brain scorcher mission is absolute ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ torture when u don't have any AP ammo on you
