No sadly. I know I can map them to other buttons, but I like the convenience of the key placement.

The F keys don't work at all in game.

(Note: windowed mode won't work properly with this key)
i have same problems with mouse if use not default windows drivers, dont know why, but this game not support software from mouse

look in file user.itx. I have a logitech keyboard. f key bindings are:
bind quick_use_1 kF1
bind quick_use_2 kF2
bind quick_use_3 kF3
bind quick_use_4 kF4
bind quick_save kF5
bind quick_load kF9
delete (or rename) the user.itx file. run game which should generate a new file. your itx file may be corrupt.
might also look in the logs folder. might be an error msg in the log file about the keys.
last idea: if you have another overlay running that uses the f keys, you have a conflict
