strider & man of duality

my question is how do I get strider into the pripyat trip but also get the man of duality achievement, I'm trying to get 20/20 of the slides but it doesn't seem possible cause I need to give PDA's to one of the groups to get strider, but I also need to give the PDA's to owl to get achievement, couldn't find anything on google that's why I'm asking here.

there are 2 other quests besides the mercenary PDA quest, the magpie quest and duty's history quest.
first, finish the magpie quest in duty's/freedom's favor, go to quarry to talk to a wounded guy, then talk to flint, after that you can either talk to duty's or freedom's leader.
with the duty's history quest you need to go to the cooling tower with svarog detector, which you can get from beard after finishing tempting business quest, to complete tempting business quest you need to give 3 veles detectors to novikov, you can get them by doing the scientist quest, but you need good equipments to be able to do them, just go to the very top tower of cement factory(the building where you need to do the technician quest) to get a good helmet then you can talk to prof hermann for the quest. after finishing the 2nd quest(or 3rd, i don't remember), prof hermann will give you one veles, you can also buy more veles from him, there's also one veles inside a bulldozer in kopachy. after giving them to novikov, talk to owl, then talk to beard to get the svarog detector. use it at the cooling tower, then loot a PDA from gen tachenko's body, give the PDA either to duty's/freedom's leader.

you don't actually have to turn in General Tachenko's PDA to either factions BUT I'm pretty sure you need to sell both Morgan and Tachenko's PDA to Owl to get the Man of Balance achievement. What I did was, I completed enough Ecologist Quests to where the Mercenaries attacked me at Jupiter. Once that quest is done you can hire Duty/Freedom to guard the Ecologists which brings up your reputation with whoever you hired, then you can turn in Flint/Magpie into the faction you hired (or turn him into them first, then hire that faction to protect the bunker) and you should be friendly with them, don't forget to tell Gonta that you turned in Flint/Magpie to whichever faction. Consider getting the Diplomat achievement as this will raise your reputation with all factions.

From this point on you can recruit Strider into whichever faction you hired to protect the scientist/turned Flint into and you can bring him along when going to Jupiter.

Also you don't HAVE to look for Splinter at the Quarry depending on what you've done. For example, if you destroy the Bloodsucker Lair, killed the Controller in the Dangerous Cave, find the maps to Jupiter, and or kill the Chimera, Flint will be at the bar talking about how he destroyed the Bloodsucker Lair, killed the Controller or Chimera, and how he found the maps to Jupiter. You'll occasionally hear him talk about the acts you've done when you walk by him. This allows you to confront his slimy ass to call him out. You NEED AT LEAST THREE of five of these tasks done which can be found on the CoP wiki. Once you've confonted him for all three (or four if you did all of them) times, he'll come clean and say he's Magpie and blah blah blah, you can then turn him into the three available options.

Finding Splinter at the Quarry is the quickest way to confront him as it bypasses the other 4 tasks but if you want to hear him ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ about his Stolen Valour, feel free to do the 4 other tasks.
