Game wont start/ missing xr.engine.exe?

Game wont start,no matter what i do,checking game files says there complete but the engine file is missing? Downloaded an engine game file online and put it in still wont start,cant refund either because i bought it with the bundle and have too much hours in SoC

run steam verify game files. then check game folder\bin and make sure xrEngine.exe is there.
run game. same error?
some users need to run steam with admin permission.
some users need to check antivirus logs - might be blocking steam/game launcher/game.
some users need to check windows security/controlled folder access - if on , add exceptions for steam game launcher/game.

started the xr,engine in the bin folder and it states there are missing sound files and other files even after verifiyng many times

I installed the game on win 7 and win 10. runs fine on both. your steam verify says all the files are there and your game says they arent. you have dx9 installed?

also might list the missing files if possible. someone might recognize the library needed.

have dx9 installed,any other game runs smooth,could play shadow of chernobyl just fine,same with clear sky.

when i go to the bin folder and under dedicated theres the xr.engine file and when i start it i get a system error wich says its missing sound files and other stuff

the game icon launches and then its gone without starting the game

check windows event viewer. might be a game error event or maybe system related problem events
