S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Call of Pripyat

Unofficial Patch in English?
There seems to be one in this Russian AMK forum but it is Russian only... Why anyway? Nobody bothered making a international English version? Would be cool if someone could translate it.
Does it work with the English version? I see it has Rus language fixes so I guess its not optimized for it.

Beside of that I only see the complete mod and I am not a big fan of them. Makes the game worse in my eyes.

What?

The game is already in English.

I talk about Unofficial Patches like ZRP or SRP. Why is it that there is nothing like that for COP except for Russians?

You mean {LINK REMOVIDO}? I've never played with it but It's actually called PRP. It's not widely known, yet I don't even think you need it much.

Edit: here is the link, I got it from /r/stalker www mediafire com/folder/1duxlnn6jlm5z/STALKERFiles. Just remove spaces.

Woah! So there is a Pripyat Reclamation Project but seems to be very WIP and not publicly available. Shame. Last updates are from end of 2015, lol. Perhaps the project is dead and not is finalized. Hope it might see the light someday, please on Moddb so more people see this. Interesting that the same guy behind ZRP did this. At least I notice this when reading the readme. Isn't it on their website or something? Really odd you dont find this anywhere.

No, I actually meant another Unofficial Patch.

Call of Pripyat really doesn't need an 'unofficial patch'. It's pretty stable, and simply making a hard save (cycle through like, 5 slots per map) every time you go back to the 'hub' of the map, will allow you to deal with pretty much any bug that pops up without losing too much progress.

Well, as I read it, all of the technical aspects of the mod should be pretty much compatible with any of the regional versions, same thing as with reclamation projects. There are actually some text corrections and missing dialogues restored, you may not be able to see them.

Edit: as an addition, I would say that the only times I got my saves broken were when I was playing very heavy mods (like Misery). I don't even remember having issues with qucksaves in vanilla, and I played that for years before I got it on Steam.

I actually agree. Pripyat is the one with the lowest amount of bugs. Especially compared to Clear Sky lol... Its still nice having a unofficial patch to iron out the most annoying bugs. I use that Pripyat Reclamation Project Patch 1.1 now. Seems to work fine. Just tested it. It just feels odd not to use it since I use the patch for both SoC and CS too.

Only thing I wonder is why it is so unknown and unavailable, especially since many of the same persons of ZRP seem to work on it. Only guess is that they didn't finalize it yet and therefore its only available for devs and testing purposes. Or they quit the work on it for some reason. The 1.1 version seems to be from 2015 and I don't know if this is the latest. Couldn't find another via googling.
