Where to find veles detectors and artifacts?

I have missions to bring 3 veles detectors to Owl and artifacts to a mercenary guy. Where can i find them?

Yeah checked that but Professor Hermann does not have that and there is none at village

I don't believe they sell them until you give them 3 veles detectors. However if you do their missions, I believe you get 1.

You can buy them from owl or yanov barkeep once you progress further in game

one from the blood suckers mission in zaton. kapochy village in yanov has one it is in the cabin of th ebig yellow excavator

You get one from the scientists after doing enough of their missions and one from Beard after gassing the bloodsuckers (in Misery, at least). The last one is luck until you progress enough to get close to going to Pripyat, after which time you are likely to see them available to buy from Hermann. (But once they enter into the game you may find them available to trade from other Stalkers or in loot from corpses.)
