how do you get morgans side at the transaction mission?

This mission is provided by Owl if the player has failed The Hit (the best way being either to abandon the raiders, or take Sultan's side and wipe out the bandits group). Owl asks the player to provide Morgan extra protection. but no matter what i do owl refuses to give this side i did the hit and let the stalkers die which did not work i did betray the bandits which the wiki said makes it available but no it didnt work either now i tried so many different ways but this scenario just doesnt want to add/work or anything. i know you wont get anything special but dammit i want to try this damn scenario

If I remember right, if you do not help any of the two sides of the transaction mission, after a while might Owl provide you the mission. It is not immediatly like after The hit mission.

On my playthrough, once The Hit was tipped off, I talked to Sultan about it and ignored the thing entirely. After some time, Owl calls me on the radio about meeting up with some Duty members at the northern warehouse.

I ended up in a tough firefight (this was a Misery playthrough, btw) at the warehouse (early in game for me) that I had to reload several times in attempt to keep Morgan alive. If the three Duty members survive the 6 bandits, they tend to succumb to the 4 Stalkers that are waiting outside in ambush.

Funny how Morgan is still a ♥♥♥♥ to you after saving his life ;)

how do i even start the mission? none of the people who give the mission have "got any jobs?" dialogue
