As it is combining anything with Call of Chernobyl excluding what's in it's own addon section which can be found on it's moddb page is largely impossible.
And if i want to install addons, do i just drag and place addon files to core files with mod?
I'm not the best with words so if you need clarification, you're better off finding a guide to modding S.T.A.L.K.E.R.
If that were the case, most of the addons wouldn't exist.
If you had the knowledge/ability to merge your favorite mods with CoC, you could. That's how "addons" are possible to begin with. There's nothing "impossible" about it. Hell, one of the top CoC mods is Call of Misery, which basically takes everything from the interface to the weapons to the additional items from Misery and merges them into CoC.
@OP: The thing with most weapon mods is they use a lot of the same assets. For instance, Shoker is built using tons of different weapon models, animations, and textures from all over the net and combining them into one huge package. Nearly all of the weapons in all of the weapon mods are done this way, so it's not uncommon for you to install one weapon pack, use it for a while, install another and suddenly see many of the same exact weapons.
That's not to say that you can easily add/remove weapons though. There are a lot of configs that need edited as well, which ultimately makes Stalker modding a long and tedious process.
Anywho, I'm digressing.
The closest you're likely to get to Shoker for CoC is the Arsenal Overhaul mod. It also seems to be the most supported by other mods, with many of them including compatibility patches for it.
Be sure to read EVERYTHING on the moddb pages for any given addons you might want.
And for what it's worth, I'm currently using Original Weapon Renewal for CoC in my playthrough, because I've always been more of a quality > quantity kind of guy.
I'm saying it's largely impossible for one random person on the internet to merge large scale mods like this. I never said the task itself was impossible, i was saying that for the O.P. it was next to impossible without a good understading of modding in general and an unrealistic amount of spare time. You should go back to english and study context before making simple mistakes like that.
