The story is something I did not expect one bit, that's putting it mildly. Oakridge Valley is a small town, with a declining population due to the majority of the businesses closing. There is no clinic or post office anymore, and you play as the last officer of the law trying to keep the peace. However one night when you're out on a call you come to find a bruised and beaten girl unconscious, in what appears to be a ritual site. Saving her doesn't take much effort as there's no one else around. With the help of your pregnant girlfriend Jessica, the two of you treat the girl and get her talking. Turns out her name is Allison, and she doesn't have any memory of the past four months. If that wasn't enough, the next day strange reports and townsfolk come flooding into the police station, making you run all over town to figure out what is happening.
This is just the beginning, because very soon, your life and those around you will never be the same. Just what rolled into this small dying town? Play and find out.

The gameplay follows the standard formula of a Ren'Py AVN. Throughout the story you are offered different choices, which affect not only the scenes, but also the path you're on and the type of character you MC is, to some extent. Not to mention the romance options as well. You can always check the stats on the top right of the screen, where you will see your personality: hotheaded, calculated or savior, followed by the girls: Bonnie, Kelly and Christine, their affection and love towards you. Do not be dismayed, while it only lists the names of those three girls, there are far more ladies in the game for you to get intimate with. It's worth mentioning that you will be given hints in some cases, like a +1 or a -1 in a conversation with a love interest.
To unlock all the NSFW scenes and endings, you will need 3 separate playthroughs, one per personality (the green traits for the MC). Under the stats you will see: "talk animation on/off" these are AI animations during conversations, toggle them as you see if. Speaking of AI, there is a lot of it being used here, not something I enjoy, but I can see why and how it's used to help better tell the story.
Last but not least the NSFW scenes that offer us some relief in this wild ride of a game. There are quite a lot of them, we're talking 30 just in the replay gallery, that's not to mention the 11 different endings. However, compared to the developer's last two titles on steam, these animations are not as good to say the least. A lot of AI assistance was used here, and when it's not AI, they look old, dated and just odd. Angles, body language, everything just feels not right. They're spicy, but definitely a few steps down from the previous games.

The conclusion is a tough one. Let's get the good parts covered first; I've really enjoyed the story, it has been a long time since playing any AVN that I didn't see things coming, and genuinely enjoyed the crazy events that unfolded. The ladies are beautiful and your girlfriend, she doesn't joke when she says that: "she's the best girlfriend in the world", you will understand those words trust me. Music and cinematic AI videos do immerse you into the story and the world, which is something that's been missing in games lately. So if I were to just base my decision on that, I'd say this is a must buy.
Now let's cover what's behind the curtains shall we? The renders are dated, if I had to guess this could be an old game, getting the AI remaster, or rework and a facelift. I could be wrong on that, but honestly the backgrounds are just dull and old, could be for the world setting an atmosphere, or not. The English isn't bad, but you will run into a lot of grammar mistakes. There is at least one render mistake I've noticed, when a character that I left behind was present in a scene she wasn't supposed to be in. Finally the MC, dear lord, our officer friendly really needs a wake up call.. the man goes from "give them a second, third chance" to: "shut up or I'll tie you up" - that's him saying it to his pregnant girlfriend. I get it, he's going through a lot, but quite a few scenarios would have been easily avoided if he wasn't being such a "brat", no other fitting word.
Overall I've thoroughly enjoyed the game. If it wasn't for the excessive use of AI, dated renders and animations, and better proofreading, I would definitely rate it higher. It is good story wise, graphically it falls miles behind the previous game by the same developer.

There are 11 in total, but don't get too excited or upset. You won't have to play the game 11 times. I unlocked 6 immediately after one playthrough. But to reach the final ending, you need to unlock the previous 10.

🔸 Art – The game features numerous renders of locations from different angles and characters. Considering the game has mystical and even horror elements, everything looks very atmospheric. Some scenes are so dark that you even forget for a few minutes that you're playing an adult game. At the same time, good lighting allows you to see every detail. There aren't many female characters in the game, but each one looks stunning and unique. More importantly, the characters and background renders are visually well-detailed and feature a wide variety of elements.
🔸 Animations – The game does have animations, and there are quite a lot of them, but there are a few things that need to be clarified here so that you don't end up being a bit disappointed later. Some animations are created with AI. It's mostly found in cinematic animations. Most of them look perfect, and it's even hard to detect its use. Only a few have minor flaws in the characters' movements. The worst animations, in my opinion, are the conversations. More precisely, the lip movements. But fortunately, this can be turned off) Finally, the animations in the adult scenes are quite high quality. The movements are smooth and there's a wide variety of animations in each scene.

🔸 There are 30 adult scenes in total in the game. They're mostly classic sex scenes, but there are a few notable exceptions. First, the main character has a girlfriend, and she's pregnant. There will be sex scenes with her, too. And it's not hard to guess that we'll have sex with other women, too, if we want, so essentially every scene will be cheating. Well, almost)

The game perfectly combines elements of detective story, horror, and adult scenes. A great sounds and high-quality visuals make it even better. The only minor issues I'd note are some animations and sometimes drawn-out dialogues. Definitely a worthwhile visual novel.
