is this now ABANDONEDWARE?

I've enjoyed Highrise Heroes and even managed to top the world leaderboard on a couple of levels, but I think I'm gonna have to call it day on Level 28, "Return of an old friend". After dozens of restarts I haven't even managed to get a one-star pass. The other timed levels were a pain in the ♥♥♥♥, and I wasn't keen on the number levels (it's a word game, dammit!), but at least I was able to muddle through them eventually. It seems that the achievement "Score Chaser" (score at least 35,000 on a level) isn't unlocking properly. I've unlocked it in game but it doesn't register on Steam. Another piece of evidence that this is broken is the fact that "Super Score Chaser" (score at least 50,000 on a level) actually does unlock properly. Naturally, if you've scored 50,000 on a level, then you've also scored at least 35,000....

I completed this game a couple years ago and recently tried to start a new game. I wanted to re-set and start from scratch, but the game still shows all the same stars and unlocks. I tried uninstalling and deleting game folder on my PC, but after reinstalling and starting a new game it still shows that I have completed all levels. Any way to re-set my progress?...

I have always played this game on my desktop and am half way through chapter 3. I went to play it on my laptop but it has startede on the training level and not started from my saved game. The cloud symbol is on this game so I presumed it had cloud save. Why can't I continue my game? Any ideas please?...
