Can't run kart.exe after I've loaded this in Steam

Hi all, I was using demo version of this game with launcher.exe and it was working fine. But after I bought this in Steam here is only kart.exe and it's not loading. System just showing screen "this programm can't be launched". What I can do?

My Windows is on Russian, so here some details about problem:

Please try adding an exception for KRP in Windows Defender and/or Avast.

Nothing. To be more precise the error in english is "kart.exe has stopped working". And again everything is fine when I use demo version and run launcher.exe first.

Please try running Kart Racing Pro as administrator:
- Right-click Kart Racing Pro in your Steam Library.
- Go to Properties, then to the Local Files tab.
- Click Browse Local Files.
- Locate kart.exe
- Right-click it and go to Properties.
- Click the Compatibility tab.
- Check the "Run this program as an administrator" box.
- Click Apply. Having done this, restart Steam and try launching the game again

Tried - issue still here. Just asking for admin rights and fails after. Again I think the key is in launcher.exe. What's the difference between kart.exe and launcher.exe? Cause in Demo version I can't run kart.exe as well (same issue), but launcher is working. Maybe I can apply run options in Steam?

Looks like I've found workaround. The following allows me to run full version:
1. Copy launcher from demo version to Steam Application files
2. Restart PC
3. Do not start STEAM!!!
4. Go to Steam App files folder and run launcher
5. Run Kart Racing Pro from Launcher
6. Login to Steam from here
7. Enjoy.

So looks like a problem with running this kart.exe + run it from Steam. Not clear why, but will use workaround so far.

I've not been running it for a long time, I tried the demo version which fails in the same way,
Administrator/compatibility mode does not helps.

I have an additionnal info in the event log which may helps :

CDIEffectDriver::~CDIEffectDriver() will call CoUninitialize() proc:F:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Kart Racing Pro\kart.exe

Looks like my workaround is not working anymore. My machine was restarted and I'm getting this error after it. Even demo version not working anymore:((

What controller are you using?

One ts-pc racer, two arduino micro (one as pure button box, and one used a g25 shifter adapter), T500 Rs gear shifter, and finally a VJoy device

After some set of experiments I've found another workaround: just remove (or rename) file core.ini in folder with game. Question to Piboso: what this file for and why it's included into installation package? After removal all my settiings lost, but now App is launching ok, even from Steam and no new file created, so looks like settings saved in another file. Maybe this core.ini can be removed at all?

The file core.ini is used to set some parameters that are read at start.
One of the settings is compatibility mode. By default, if core.ini is deleted, it is at zero, so all files should now be saved in the Kart Racing Pro installation folder.

Hi, any errors on the screen? I suppose you've downloaded game via Steam to the local machine, so can you try to remove core.ini maybe? Same way as I did. Weird that nothing is happening. Is your machine meet the requirements? Latest drivers installed?

Could you please try updating the graphics drivers to the latest official version?

My drivers are updated, and i didn't plug any controller yet. I have renamed the file and it worked for me now. I will try the game later. Thanks
