Hello i am trying to open a reply (In game) but when i do so everything freezes and the game crash after a few seconds. Can anyone help me please.

Hello, i just bought this game yesterday and i want to play online but that doesent work they said to me "connection timeout" and its just with the servers who doesnt show the ping but with the server who show the ping i can join but there are only 1 guys... And the other like 10 or 5 can someone help me please. Because i really like this game i have mod and i just play on testing and i want online with some guys please help me its so odd.......

When I start the game, the menu is acting normal. But when I go drive the go-karts, more specifically when I step on the gas, the game just freezes and eventually crashes. I looked on google on what to do about it and saw that you should upgrade your graphics driver. I did that, and nothing changed in the game. It still keeps freezing and crashing. Can someone please help me with this problem?...
