Basically, from what I've read, you can buy cards to get more cards more easily. So it's just an option if you don't want to play to get cards.

It's FREE DLCs, you can enable them and it'll become avaiable in the inventory to use.

Enabled them but when will they be accessible in the inventory, can't see them.

Where did you find that "Options DLC" feature? i cant find it anywhere

So in the main menu options there's a DLC tab which has voice thingies. If you increase the number from 0, they appear as free items in your item thing in the actual game.

From what I can tell, if you use it on a monster, then when you evolve it with rubbing later it'll change to the voice you equipped on it. I think, anyway. I've not actually tested it yet. -3-
