Game does not start

Everytime I click start on the game, the exe opens for a few seconds. Shows a black screen and then closes. No loading, no crash report, nothing.
Anyone an idea what can fix this??

I have the same issue, I just fixed it with no internet connection active.

Have been similar same issue for a week. game starts but crashes when i try to load saved game or continue on from previous play or even start a new game.
uninstalled and reinstalled several times problem persists. verified files even uninstalled steam and all games and reloaded but no change.
Repeating message-
"Crash report folder "2021-04-26- 075324" next to executable""
every report similar although date changes

now getting repeated message Motorsport Manager failed to load.

I have the same problem though the game works fine on another lower spec machine. Only difference I can see in the games on the 2 machines is that on the one that will not launch the game has had a lot more use and has several achievements recognised and presumably therefore a larger game history file somewhere!

Any idea how I can delete previous Career Achievements and re-start game with a clean sheet?

the problem may be the steam cloud, disable it and delete the playsport folders and the game id folder that is in user data
