Game doesn't launch

Hi everyone,
Recently bought a new laptop, Dell Inspiron 15 5502, i5-1135G7 processor, Intel Iris Xe graphics, 8GB RAM, to replace my old laptop understanding that this laptop would this game. When I check on "Can You Run It", it says my Dedicated Video RAM is 128MB and this needs 512MB to run. What's odd is that my old laptop ran this game with 128MB dedicated video RAM (didn't run smoothly all the time, but I put that down to the laptop being 7 years old)

Anyone able to help me here?

you have to be disabled from the internet. no idea why. think its a game issue.

Disconnecting internet didn't work for me - even went as far as ripping out cables. Countless other fixes tried - cache clearing, reboot, redownload, resolution change, all the usual get-games-to-work standards. Blocking the EXE in my firewall also failed.

I finally got it going by getting MM.EXE to "Run As Administrator" in the Compatibility tab.

you have to go offline of steam bu with that you wont be able to access mods and the workshop in game

Seems to be happening to quite a few people, try to get refund this game is getting no more updates since 4 years.

Happens to me as well, even though I never had an issue before on my previous PC's. This one is even more powerful then those. Opened up task manager while it was trying to load and saw that RAM usage was over 10gb for the game. So not sure what the issue is with that, but could be the mods causing it possibly?

This is utter ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. Would run on a 10 year old machine but anything made this decade and this game won't even launch! Even in administrator mode, nothing. Wasted money

It was an issue related to the settings in newer intel CPUS. IT happened to nearly every game on 11th gen when it launch. just do an easy google search. X CPu "game wont launch". and a solution will come up with should work for everything.

I've given up trying to get it to work since having new pc, worked fine on my old one. Screen just goes black with loading cursor then goes returns to desktop

If you have an 11th Gen Processor and this issue is happening, where the game launches to black screen and nothing, here is the fix! https://www.reddit.com/r/Smite/comments/pl35y6/fix_64bit_not_working_on_10th_gen_and_11th_gen/

Apparently there is an issue with 11th gen not running 64 bit properly, and motorsport manager doesnt allow you to run it at 32bit soo....do them changes on that Forum and you should be good!

Might even help fix issues with 10th gen? give it ago!
