Do i loose everything if i delete the game and reinstall it?

I tried to install a mod for motorsport manager, but then when i started the game after that it didnt work. So therefore i tried to delete some things because i didnt know how to remove the mod from the game, then i think i deleted something i shouldnt have deleted and now when i go into the game i just see a black screen. So if i delete the game and reinstall it will all my saves still be there because i had a save with silva racing where tried to go from the bottom to win the World motorsport championship where i am in 2029 and is very close to winning it

Its steam, you never have to re-install a game unless you have a system problem. Simply click the games name and on the options page chose "verify game files". This makes steam scan you game for broken files and replace them automatically.
