Favorite career drivers

Just like the title says who are your favorite drivers in career mode. Also why are they your favorites.
So far for myself I really like picking up Lisandro Cruz as soon as possible. He is a bit expensive to start signing around 700k per race but it allows me to focus on him and develop a younger talent as a secondary driver. His stats are also fairly good and can on average finish no lower than 10th in my first season. Also once I get the scouting office built I like to pick up Chica Balcazar. Another great young talent that can grow with your team.
As for staff I am still trying to find a good setup.

Managing the Predator team, Valbuga Kumar & Miia Lahtinen along with Bjorn Bjelland as backup. The 3 together can be got for around 350,000 but bring 750-800,000 into the team.

I too am using the Predator team. I was looking at another guide which suggested those drivers however would it not make more sense to get better drivers with more potential and better sponsors? Idk im kinda new to this style of game so if im missing something please let me know.

Kumar is a 3* driver and capable of winning races, but you wioll only find her when you have the scouting facility in your HQ.

Sign all 3 drivers asap and use them to build up your funds.

Ive signed oceane feres whom is around 2 stars but has 4.8 star potential for my predator team, ive still got santa ana because im struggling to find a replacement driver to suit my needs.

rafel rodrigues if you can get him hes got the minus 100,000 wages trait and is 3 and a half stars with 4 potetional and he will sign a long term deal too for around 345,000 for my sliva racing team

I remembered getting Kumar and Rodrigues around season 2 and 3 or so. At tier 2 (around season 7).

I got Enriqua Lara and Alexia Pernet (a French driver, but I suspect that he's a regen that the game creates when a driver retires) during the tier 2 campaigns. Now it's season 10, tier 1. The car is pretty much an Minardi, but the duo are able to finish within the top ten. I definitely cannot get a better deal anywhere else.

Enriqua Lara has everything you want in a driver, high Marketability, Pay Driver, great potential, but not hugely skilled so you can get her cheaper and earlier, and young enough to improve for a long time.

Scouting facility level 3 is a gold mine. Great performing pay drivers, very high rated normal drivers.
Enriqua Lara, Tenvo pratton (not sure if I spelled it right) etc are 4 star pay drivers.
But my personal favourite is Chaiki hashimoto, a Japanese driver, insane base stats and 4.8 potential. Very cheap since she's unemployed and no other teams seem to take her.., she basically won me a dosen championships single handedly.
