Any suggestions for me? What do they change?

Usually you can´t go wrong with FIRE Fantasy Mod. It is a big overhaul in nearly every aspect of the game and reading the manual is recommended.


Atm I play FIRE Fantasy 22 and I am in the 17th season of my CYOT save.
Overall its a great mod, but its more "bumper cars" Manager than Motorsport Manager. The amount of driving mistakes and collisions, even with 1-1 settings and maxed out 5 star F1 drivers, is absurdly high....devs of this mod can´t be serious with it.

Dear Sigi, I have the same problem in FF22. I cannot have a car in traffic or it collides. I went to the F1 manager 22 mod. Did You ever play FF21, is it the same problem?

Haven´t played FF21, so I can´t tell anything about it. FF20 is long ago, but i think it was much better in this "collission" thing.

ive been playing f21 as i didnt like f22 removing car tuning. No collision issues here.

FF22 never removed car tuning, it was only changed. And that was also the case for FF21. If you have problems with your drivers crashing you might want to read the manual to find out that pushing too hard is affecting your drivers focus and therefore adds more chance for errors.

F1manger 21 & 22(Not the new game being released :P ) also you can download some liveries and a different car model if you know what you are doing, I have them all working quite nicely together

When you reach F1 in FF21 you will not be able to build many parts because the engines and gearboxes wear out too fast. all you can do is keep building new ones and try too squeeze something else in. The modders admit this problem in the manual for FF22. It is fixed in 22 but they took out working on your setup during practice and now all the cars on the track are the same setup. races are a bit droll. I went back to 21 then 20, which is buggy and they expect you to fix it. The bugs i found didn't effect gameplay though. Just immersion. Currently I run the Manufacturers Masters Cup. It is a Vaniila game tweak and seems ok so far. The good news is the modder is friendly and welcomes players in to his discord server gladly as opposed to some other modders.

if real F1 rooster are not important for you, you may look at Rebirth Redux, it adds 2 teams per serie, make the serie really different, fix a lot of stuff and improve the AI a lot

Graphic and zoom mods from Nexus are also quite mandatory, they upgrade MM graphic a lot

do mods work on steam deck? i see some of them require moving files in folders, and i don't know of any way to do that on the deck...

Might be late, but you can switch to desktop mode on the deck
