Have you guys ever felt bad for a driver?

I have. My second driver Shen Qi was in a fire because of mistake of fueling SO she is tramautize from it and now she feeling blue So basicly her morale is at all time low

I felt bad when I replaced Shen Qi, who was great but I found better.

I always feel bad when I replace a driver especially when they have been in the team for several years. in my current Archer Challenge I had Falko Engelhart for 6 years and he took the team from ERS to WMC level winning the ERS and Asia Cup in the process. And he actually had a perk for some time which made his team mates improve faster.

Would've loved to keep him as a reserve driver but he was to expensive for that so I let him go and replaced him with a young rookie with lots of potential and who is on his way to win the WMC in his third season as a main driver. I will keep that driver until he retires...

I felt bad when I replaced Shen Qi because she had improved so much I couldn't afford her salary demands any longer.

Read my review about this game: I made everything to have a driver back to my new team and let her win again the title with a different car

If i replace driver. I make sure that i follow what he/she does after leaving my team. One of the better ones that one of my drivers went and won the GT series and then moved to endurance and won the champions there aswell
