Only races mod?

I remember years ago there was a mod that gives control of macromanagement aspects of the game to cpu, but let you control the race stategical aspect. I think it was called "No Macromanagement mod", or something like that, and was the exact opposite of automatic races mod. Where can I find it? I'd like to have a micromanagement only career, like a driver or a strategical boss, with automatic car development, finances and every other aspects except races... If this mod disappeared, how to do that with dnspy? Thank you in advance and sorry for bad english.

Performance improve - improves all fitted parts.
Reliability improve - repairs all fitted parts up to this value.

sorry i cant really help as much, since i havent found the need to use these sorts of mods... :/
