The game doesn't start

every time i want to start the game steam message pops up were it says the starting process is going and then in steam it says the game is currently running and after a second it changes back to ready to start without it even have started yet

yes im having the exact same issue. Though, at some point yesterday, i just launcher the game and it worked. Why? Beats me, i tried opening it again and same issue... I honestly have no idea...

Hi! i just can't start the game, always after intro i got crash, i tried everything, and yesterday i found my problem and the game just starts...

Try this: go to steam -> Library > Motorsport manager (right click on it, on the list of games) -> Properties -> workshop -> click on all mods u have in the list, then unsubscribe from all -> start the game.

This works for me...I haven't played the game like 2years because I can't start it 'coz of crashes...but now i will :D

I put my steam in offline mode, opened motorsport manager , closed it again, put steam back in online mode and then opened the game again and it worked, whether it'll continue to work I dont know but try it out.

I've blocked the game at the firewall - the problem seems related to old Unity games and new Intel processors when they try to hit the internet...

If you have an 11th Gen Processor and this issue is happening, where the game launches to black screen and nothing, here is the fix! https://www.reddit.com/r/Smite/comments/pl35y6/fix_64bit_not_working_on_10th_gen_and_11th_gen/

Apparently there is an issue with 11th gen not running 64 bit properly, and motorsport manager doesnt allow you to run it at 32bit soo....do them changes on that Forum and you should be good!

shortshifted78 yes and intel processor it's a brand new HP laptop running Windows 10 but can update to 11

Disabling wireless solved the issue on a windows 11 rig that I build in December 2022.

I had a ton of trouble getting this start on Win 10/Intel 13th Gen. The following ended up working:

All-In-One Steam Fix
Right click on Motorsport Manager in Steam, click Properties, and paste the following into Launch Options:

cmd /c "set OPENSSL_ia32cap=:~0x20000000 && %command%"

Uncheck the Steam overlay and VR Theater options.

Win7 Compatibility in the exe properties.

switching off wifi the only way to make game work ... with switched-off wifi game works perfectly for 2 hours
