Report a translation problem
Try this: go to steam -> Library > Motorsport manager (right click on it, on the list of games) -> Properties -> workshop -> click on all mods u have in the list, then unsubscribe from all -> start the game.
This works for me...I haven't played the game like 2years because I can't start it 'coz of crashes...but now i will :D

Apparently there is an issue with 11th gen not running 64 bit properly, and motorsport manager doesnt allow you to run it at 32bit soo....do them changes on that Forum and you should be good!

had the same problem, tried to launch it without internet connection and it works fine now XD

you can turn back on internet after game is launched
All-In-One Steam Fix
Right click on Motorsport Manager in Steam, click Properties, and paste the following into Launch Options:
cmd /c "set OPENSSL_ia32cap=:~0x20000000 && %command%"
Uncheck the Steam overlay and VR Theater options.
Win7 Compatibility in the exe properties.
