for legal reasons those mods would be banned
Incorrect. There is absolutely no reason community made mods would be banned due to legal reasons.
I agree, we are not making any profit with them. At least they can't forbid real names... not 100% sure about logos.
The question is => is it possible to edit the files?
I hate unity, the files are most decripted.
Already been made
Actualy FIA can put a ban on the game as a whole since it is the responsibility of the Developers to avoid this kinda mods to be published. So they will get fined big time by FIA and they WILL be banned from making another version enough racing games died this way.
Therefore i hope that peeps that own this game and make that kinda mods have the game taken away from them and banned from any MM related Modding.
This is complete nonsense. The developer is never responsible for fan-made content. Never was and never will be. If this was the case, there wouldn't be any developers anymore, because they can't ever control all mods or fan projects anywhere across the internet.
