Dont know whats based on how much they want. So maybe there are things so it can be different.
Tang already has a Team at start when im not wrong. So this would cost you more.
Theres another driver at start, dont know his name yet, whos already free agent and gives some Sponsor money.
Without scouting Upgrades cause then you would see way more driver. Just saying to clarify this.
I dont mean Bjelland :)
Bjelland and Meulen is also paydrivers. But they suck. But as reserve drivers thery pay half for driving the practise. for me Bjelland always runs practise insteed of Rodrigues and pays me like 450k for hes 20min of fame on the track :)
but they will be very important when this happens

I know they suck. Normally Pay Driver do so. maybe theres a good one once in 20 Years. But thats why they have to pay to drive.
@Hateuall: sounds like the Performance drop they already called. So when u already best team u will still stay best team but the others come a bit closer to you. Not a big deal.
Lauda payed to drive his first race, so did Senna (I think at least). Schumacher brought a "small" sum to Jordan so he could drive his first race... and I think even Alonso payed something to go to Minardi.
That makes in WAY easier. Especially in the lower tiers.
So when u go for Long Races its not so easy again to win Race after Race in first Season with Predator.
The Strength of Teams and Drivers can played out in Long races Way better.
So no wonder why some people have so easy way up to the Top.
I'll be playing more tonight, I'll post if this run of wins and podiums continues on long.
The tracks last night might've just suited the car better.
Keep in mind that even in T3, if you have good driver you can still overcome bad car, even on longer races. The actual speed difference between fastest and lowest car ain't that big, as they start to be later on when you have fast cars relegating there from higher tier, mixing everything up. Bottom line, driver still makes a lot of difference in T3, that it doesn't do anymore at higher tier.
When you know what your doing u still will be good down there, but not as easy as with short races.
Drivers that have been in tier 1 should never go to lower tiers (at least not tier3). I know irl also in low tiers you can find really quick and talented drivers (Verstappen and Stroll for example), but it shouldn't be poosible to get them with Predator or something similar. They should know they are good and should always aim to the best cars no matter what tier. Please fix this. Imo it can be even game braking flaw.
Also please make cars way more important than drivers.
