Real Teams, Real Names.

I know this is stupid question, but may be, somehow, dont really know how, in the future we can see real teams with real names, from F3 Euro until GP2?
Big Teams like Koiranen or Prema, and good drivers like P.Gasly or Charles Leclerc?
I mean of course for 90 % of people its nothing, but it could be a good reference when u look around for new drivers or Teams, this random names are confusing sorry...

Real names costs money. And normally huge amount of money.
Plus normally u have restrictions then what and how u do with the game when using licenses.
Like u can already see for Codemasters Formula One games. There restrictions in how the car can be crashed or not too from the Licence Agreement.

But beside of that, already People working on making mod for bringing us Real names. I bet when Workshop is out it will be easier and u will see enough mods with different names from different Racing leagues. So just be Patient. It will be coming.

I have a mod with the correct names of teams and drivers made it my self it is a bit amateur but it is still nice.
the graphics of the teams are the same only if you picked a team you see there real name and drivers

When Prema wins GP2 they will not promote to F1. If Manor ends up last, they will not demote.
When Koiranen wins GP3 they will not promote.
When ART wins GP3 they cannot promote because they are already in GP2.

So it's all a bit stupid to have this in there really.
The real world doesnt work like MM works.

Well if you get first or last you can also choose to accept or decline the promotion/demotion, so what are you on about?

When you are not first and some other team is, it will promote.

And then you get your Prema in F1 and Manor in GP2 and 2 ARTs in GP2.

It's silly.

yea well this game doesnt work at all like in real life, before F1 Drivers dont have market price, they bring money to a team to drive for a team, Gp2 gp3 f3 its all same, drivers pay to drive (or there sponsors, mostly their familys)

Well I was quite attached to Ines Santa Ana and found it difficult to fire her for a pay driver. And Rodrigues has become a great friend after 2 seasons, he's really part of my team more than Gasly would be ;)

It's even more problematic. I read from Codemasters that you can't even do driver transfers with the official F1 license. That would destroy a big portion of this game.

It would ruin the game. One race Hamilton will win the next race he would be 14th.. wont feel very realistic so to me their is no point.

At first i wanted this. I wanted to manage mclaren for example.. but the way it runs i dont think it would look good.

Maybe just let us simply edit a team name. ?
