It is usually hard to gauge talent of drivers who drive a different car from another driver, but between team mates in the same car and spec, it is clear to see that some drivers are limited in their drivers talent and potential. This is the same for so many drivers i can list down the last 20 years in formula one. Besides the two mentioned:
Jarno Trulli, David Coulthard, Heikki Kovalainen,Takuma Sato, Narain Karthikeyan, Pastor Maldonado, Jolyan Palmer, Sebastien Bourdais, Esteban Gutierrez, Nelson Piquet Jr., Felipe Massa, Daniil Kvyat, Vitaly Petrov, Sakon Yamamoto, Christian Klien, Kazuki Nakajima... the list goes on.
So yes, a change to the arbitrary all 5 star talent of drivers should most certainly be considered more seriously.
You try making a mod this extensive yourself.... personally the fact that they COULD get to 5 stars...any one of them...makes it slightly more of a challenge. It also shows with the right facilities and training, any driver could become a star.
