Interviews: are they worth it?
What are the various benefits for interviews? Can they improve morale, or marketability? What is the worst that can happen?

your answers can affect all of those things. the worst that can happen is your stats go down. you should always accept them particuarly if your job security is at risk then choose the answer that will likely make the chairman happiest and watch your job security increase.

My favorite thing to do is tell journalists, "honestly, *insert-race-team* looks weak from the outside." Their marketability goes down by 5-10%.

Only time I ever answer that is when that team makes me mad.
Like just 2 seasons ago I had Zampelli say I was the worst manager in the ERS (First time I had that happen) so I made sure to mock them when I got asked about them.

They can totattly improve your marketability. The worst one though is to avoid the question, for example ' which one of your drivers is better'. If you pick neiher you actually lose marketability!

You can also offend or (butter up) drivers from other teams, which might be a bad (or good) idea if you want them to drive for you (easy way to succeed the Up in Flames challenge is to butter up Chapman when he wins and hire him as your own reserve...)

Overall the interviews just have negative impact or at best it doesn't change anything. I only do them sometimes for giggles, but mostly I skip them.

Me too - I simply reject all interviews.

Thats no fun. U can use interviews to bost where you are lacking. Never blame yourself, always blame the driver as driver moral is the easiest to repair. Tell them to button it and choose the driver with the least moral as the “best driver”, because it doesnt hurt the other drivers feelings.
