Frustration with the game

welp im a bit frustrated with the game in 4.th season and my chairman wants me to finish 8. with predator racing group even having struggled for good positions during the last seasons (ive always finished 10th..), i think its a bit unrealistic besides that ive encountered the bug/issue that sometimes my drivers wont overtake some cars just drive behind them and other drivers go past my drivers then witch is annoying as ♥♥♥♥, i really love this game but ugh the struggle is too much for me to enjoy it i know predator racing group is a hard challange but geez thats just ugh especially since my drivers falling back like theyr not even trying to fight for positions, besides that some mechanics want redicioulus ammount of money if you want them for your team lol..

Just accept the target even though you know you'll finish 10th. You'll get a bit of extra money and shouldn't get fired. When speaking to the press about race results i always went for the 'i made strategy mistakes / i expect them to bounce back' which increased the chairman happiness a little when i was doing badly on the track.

I guess you are still driving with the default racers and didn't replace them? Had quite a success after replacing Evans (who simply sucks) with some unemployed guy - who constantly got right into the top 3 each race.

At least in my experience in case of the Predator Racing Group your major disadvantage are your drivers.

i confirm evans really sucks, i start my fifth season and want to make predator racing a family crew, so i don't fire except with dilemma or retreat, so naturally i keep evans, in the 4th seasons his best result is somewhere around 14th, ines santa ana 1 podium.

you should fire evans.. you can get better drivers than him *cough* XD santa ana is really good but she wants so much money x.x shes like 200k per race now witch is not cheap and if there would be decent paydrivers id make a paydriver lineup but i dont want to loose the mechanics bonus of the nursing

Kyrain: You said you have "redicioulus ammount of money".
Can it be that you NOT constantly develope new and better Parts whole time ?
cause your Car performance is based on that and NOT on your Chassis.
When you Develope, Develope and Develope (+2-3 Buildings) you shouldnt have a "redicioulus ammount of money".
And thats then where your Problems came from.

And Chairman wants you to finish 8. is as TEAM. Not just 1 Driver. You must be 8th in TEAM ranking (driver 1+driver2) of each Race. Most of the time you dont need to finish a driver at 8th for that.

Yeah but i know im not going to finish 8. with the team, well currently i cant develop any parts for the car since im in the reds and i kinda want to get out of there for the next season even if i do Develop new parts i only go for every part once (for both drivers since they are on equal) is that a problem too?

For sure. You need to constantly Develope Parts more like 3-4 Parts (and better and better each time) each Category
When you just go for 1 part thats your main problem cause you fall behind in developement your not really increasing your performance.

If you're doing the Challenge then Archer BMR is probably the better choice. At least Mustafa El Sadat and Alex Rogers are a worthwhile pair of drivers. And El Sadat will develope into a really good driver within a couple of years and he's realatively cheap. Rogers is old but he's also capable and cheap. I'm still using both as my driver's and doing really well.
