Anyway,
Depending upon the stats in the "Player" tab, namely, " Race management", "Finance" and "Loyalty" team positions open up. Higher the stats, better the teams that have openings.
These stats are self explanatory, but seems like race management is a priority for the teams rather than loyalty in the game. For example, if you have 16-18 as "Race Management" and 7-10 as "loyalty", You're in. (Personally, i wouln't even let the bugger near my HQ). So, Race management for the win if you want to jump teams.
If you apply mid season, you start managing the team the immidiate race not the season.
I'm now in my 4th season with Van Dort, and Scuderia Rossini isn't happy with their manager. So I could apply yet I don't want to leave Van Dort untill the last race is over. But I would like to start in "winter".
