You can only add fuel if the rules permit it for that racing series.

Should be an obvious option if avaliable maybe your championship doeesnt have refueling option?

Out on the track, does it tell you at the bottom with your driver's info, how many laps you have left, or how many laps you're under/above finishing with what you've got.

If it tells you how many laps you've got left, you should be able to refuel in the pits. It's in one of the tabs, the first one is for tyres, the second one is for fuel and the last one is for Repairs/Condition.

If it tells you how many laps you're under and over, then your Championship has a rule in place that doesn't allow refueling, which means you have to manage the fuel you've got to make it to the end.

Ah, I would bet it's not permitted in the rules. I will check that next time I play. I'm only in the Tier 1, currently.

It could be a GMA rule. Every so often there is votes for various things. If you originally could add fuel and now you cant anymore when your racing, it is probably one of the rule changes that you voted on.

You cannot add fuel if your in the "formula 1" league.
