Why so many female drivers in the game?

Don't get me wrong, I have nothing against women or for that matter female racing drivers (as rare as they are), but c'mon on. do you not understand how rare they are? in 40+ years of watching F1, I've only seen 2-3 female drivers.

So many is simply unrealistic and spoils the game. Whoever decided on that is a bit dim.

(that said, if a talented female driver did enter F1, was competitive and started winning races I would be cheering her on. why not! would be good for the sport)

Yes realism and immersion. as for modding, I have zero programming skills so wouldn't know how to create a mod tbh.

In my 4th season starting with create a team i won the tier 3 championship with a female driver. You better watch yourself Hamilton , she is only 23 years old too lol

I can explain why MM has a lot of female drivers, but first we need to talk about parallel universes.

Sorry, couldn't resist the meme. Motorsport Manager is a fantasy based on reality. Ladies having a strong foothold in motorsport is just one of several differences in this parallel universe, with another big difference being a league pyramid connecting championships in the same discipline.

He's stating facts, nothing anti-equality about it at all. It's fine for a fantasy world like the one in MM to have a fairly large percentage of female drivers, but a game with licenced championships would not have had many, if any.

No? If there were loads of female racing drivers relatively speaking, why don't we see more of them progressing through the ranks and ending up in well known championship series?

The fact of the matter is that, whilst there's nothing holding them back from being competitive, motorsports just aren't that popular among women right now.

I am NOT anti-woman or even anti-woman racing drivers, not in the least! I am just saying the realism is not right, like it or not but there are very VERY few female racing drivers in the top events, I'm certainly not saying that's good. but it is a fact and if I buy a F1 manager game, I want it to have realism.

Maybe read my original post FULLY and see that I am not anti-women. jeez

Get your SJW stuff out of here. Look at F1, F2, F3 or F4 and tell me how many female drivers there are. Stop throwing ♥♥♥♥ around when you can't or won't back it up with evidence.

Smh. Y'all realize MM is not an F1 licensed game with high realism fidelity? It's more appropriate to imagine it's in a parallel universe that has many similarities with our own, one major difference (among many others) being their female ratio is a lot more equally distributed. There is nothing wrong with that since the game never claimed to be recreating our universe's F1 roster and situation. So saying it's unrealistic based on our own F1 makes 0 sense.
