2: the game is a manegement game so career is built in
3: same goes for quik race. the race itself may as well be a stat screen. it's just there to fill in the race days as well as add control over the racers (somewhat)
2- What do you mean with make the season longer? Do you want more tracks, so you can have more races in a season? If that's what you want, you can add races in the Championship.txt file. If 16 races are not enough for you, you could repeat a few tracks, but it might be boring.
3- Do you mean creating a championship apart from the five existing in the game, by "create a league" mode? You can modify actual championships, and change its names, logos, teams, etc. For now, you can't add championships, and I don't think they'll make it possible, because if they add championships, it would be with paid DLC's I think,.
4- You can edit teams and drivers with modding outside the game, changing the files. There's a tutorial in the game page about it, how to mod, create mods for workshop, edit liveries and everything. Although, it would be good to have an in-game editor, as it is boring and takes more time changing the files.
I think he means quick race and career mode in the demo version he is asking for. If he doesn't, then I don't get it, as there's already quick race and career mode in the game.
Chose a part to design then chose parts for the mechanics to work on. Around a week later, maybe the part finished building and you slide it into the mechanic's queue. Then have player chose 2-3 "just expired" sponsor deals, and have them scout a rival team's drivers. All of this culminates to the race weekend where they participate as usual which brings the cycle to a close.
So go buy this game
