like where you can look up what a certaint trait means

Pretty sure you can simply mouse-over the traits in the driver's screen to get an explanation as to what they are (can't check - at work).

when dilemma comes like for instant racer or late braker you can not hover over them to se what it effects

Yes I noticed that for dilemma too... kinda frustrating that the tooltips wouldn't extend to those as well.

My workaround was to go and see drivers I had already scouted - I was able to find Late Breaker (Brakes +2), but couldn't find First Lap Hero (my other choice). Went with First Lap Hero, which gives an overall +4 during the first lap.

It was a nice surprise, but it would've been nicer to have the info up front.

There should be a PersonalityTraits.txt file in your .... Steam > Motorsport Manager > MM_Data > Streaming Assets > Mod Template > Assets > Database folder

If not, you can also download the Motorsport Database Editor 1.4 from Blizzer in Racing Department website. You'll need a RAR extractor which you can get free from the Windows Store as well.
