Question relating Investment offers.
So as the title says its about the Investement offers. I can see the bonuses, but I can't really see in a short time period how does the Pressure (easy/medium/high) takes place. Does it work like for example if I take High pressure investment they will expect me to be higher places sooner compared to easy pressure investment? :P

The pressure is about where you are expected to end as a team at the end of the season. So not where your individual drivers end, but your whole team. In my first season I barely made it to 9th place so you might want to start with 'easy' in the first season.

Yeah, I get that part. But like if I take easy I noticed that you can take 10th again the next season, but when I did medium I only could do 9th. So is it like something as easy 1st seasons lowest 10th and 2nd season 10th also but when u get high 1st is like 10th like all of them but the next season is immedietely 8th or smthing? :P

The more money you get the more you can upgrade. Thus if you select a high investment offer they will expect you to spend that money in order to upgrade your car rapidly so that you can finish higher up the standings.

I was a little confused when starting a new team, because i picked the middle investment option assuming that i would have to finish in the middle of the pack for constructors championship. Then when the chairmen gave me the option of a payout for 8th in championship or 10th in championship....

I finished the first season in 8th place... haven't heard or noticed anything from that bank investment that i chose to start the new team. In the new season the Chairmen gave me the options of 7th 8th or 9th place...

Maybe i should have paid more attention to what that very first investment selection was when all about.

It's up to the Chairman to deal with the bank, and you to deal with the Chairman. At the beginning, you can start without a Chairman, which could be why you are talking with the bank. Especially if you are starting your own team, since the Chairman comes on board after you get the initial funding. It's possible for your own Chairman to fire you from your own team, so regardless of how you start, you need to produce results.
