Best Drivers To Sign?

Who are the best drivers to sign in the first season of create your own team? as its harder to get drivers due to most of them being in the gt series or not wanting to sign because being in the lowest tier

ERS...Segio Valdez 20 years old with a 3.0/3.8 rating...34 month contract...very high salary and large signing bonuses required...but also brings a 100% markerability rating and nice stats development...all depends how one wants to allocate limited resources in building a team from scratch.

Driver salaries...staff salaries...parts development costs...HQ development costs...decisions...decisions!

I use Freya Larsen as my 1st driver. Not overly expensive to get her for a 2/3 year contract. She can be improved to 4.5 stars. i don't think she is very marketable in the beginning, but she drives well so far. In the second season she already finishes higher than expected with the low-end car she drives.

you cant pick him up at the strat as he has just signed a new contract :(

Not exactly sure how much sign on fee I payed, but I pay her 600k per race. She was interested when I scouted her in the first season (2nd race).

Also if you start with a low end team you can incite drivers to sign your contract by promising them super high bonus for ending as top 3 on the grid in quali and race. They will never get it, but they are very interested in joining your team then.

Watkins96...NOT TRUE...I DID pick him up when I started my new career in ERS.
Note: sometimes he Does appear as unemployed at the start(will appear at the very bottom of the list)...other times he is under contract and won"t sign with you.

Björn Bjelland has 100% marketability, pay driver-trait and no skill at all (=very low wages), he's perfect for 2 seasons of building and not going for results. You might obviously get a driver with more skill (=higher wage) for more fun and some miniscule difference in price money, but I don't think it's ever worth it to drop below 100% marketability, as the money through sponsors help you for far longer if invested into the car and facilities, but wages (except for the designer) only give temporary advantages.

And for anwering OP, as I found in a rather easy google search I found a good thread on here where people have written down good people. For scouting lvl 1 there is a spanish chick called Chicka, or a girl, I think it was bulgarian named Kumar or a brazilian dude called C Pinho.

i used to run Bjelland in my predator before these updates came, i also had Lord Rodriguez as well. But those days are long gone.
