Try to get to 5 star sponsors and get pay drivers

Tour Center. 2 x 10 race seasons to recoup your expense on this but afterward it can nearly cover all travel expenses per season from then, on.

Marketability >> all.
Gets you 5-star-sponsors. Those get you Tour Center, Car plant and Theme Park. Most of them pay off after 1,5-2 seasons, depending on # of races. (Yep, we only sell cars during race Weekends. And we do not want any fans on the grid as well, that is why or theme park is open on race sundays. And only on race sundays.)

Drivers on ultra-Long contracts with high fees? Kill their morale by demoting them over and over, let them rank 19&20 until thex leave the Team and you EARN the Transfer fee. Only viable Option I can see when you cannot cut costs any other way.

Use a paid reserve driver and put him in practice each time. Get a young kid on low stars so he costs you little and you should make a big profit on them. Only thing to look for is a good feedback.
Paid main drivers help but to start I went for lower rated ones to get some cash flowing to improve the HQ & Car.
In all but my current season I have actually made a profit from my driver lineup, now I don't need to worry as I'm making 6 to 7m per RACE!
Don't pay silly high wages to designers & mechanics, there are plenty of good ones that won't charge the earth.
Try and get a designer with traits all the way up the part levels and you can fast track parts using traits alone until you build the best ones. Makes it cheaper as the traits cost zero money and they are much faster to build thus improves your car quicker.
As people have said, try and get 5* sponsors as there are some cracking deals in the pipeline, some not so good, but worth the trouble sifting through drivers with good marketability to get you OVER 90% average to get those deals.
And to go with that, be realistice in what you think you will achieve in a race, a smaller amount of money for placing is better than no money for trying to get an impossible win.

The very first thing to build or buy... helipad. Then, find pay drivers or ideally, ones with 100% marketability. They might suck as drivers, but will help on the income as you can pull 4 and 5 star sponsors. I went with a good driver with good marketability (Pernet is a prime example) and picked up some young kid with 100%. He always came in 18-20th position, but I still made money and did well enough in terms of finish (from my other driver) to get the bonuses and keep chairman happy.

@Kay&VND
With 8 Million debt you actually do nothing on your own. No new Drivers, no new parts, no buildings. The only Thing you can do is win races and sign Sponsor contracts to earn Money....

I think he's looking for ways to get OUT of debt.

Just yell "I declare bankruptcy" in front of everyone. That'll fix it.

OP: If English isn't your primary language then nevermind - just skip this.

On the other hand if English is your primary language I suggest you play less games and spend more time doing your school work. You've got seriously deficient language skills.

What's his level of English got to do with his question?

Absolute worst case if you're completely utterly broke and losing money, you can just wait til contracts expire and suffer with the "filler" staff paying 6k at a minimum level. As long as you're doing the interviews, you can get 100% branding which will get you level 2 sponsors. You'll be total garbage, but you should be able to make 1.5 a race at least.
