How do you save?

I have been playing this for a couple hours now. I don't see a save option on any screen. If I ESC there is an option to go to the main menu but it asks if you want to go without saving the game. So how do I save?

I also did some searches about saving and found a lot, except for how to save. :(

Top right of the screen there is a drop down menu where you can save.

Thank you very much. I guess I focus'd on all the tabs on the bottom of the screen and didn't even notice that drop down. Its not very intuitive.

The best part is, you can save whenever you want. Even midrace.

I couldn't find the save button so I have been leaving the game by pressing "esc" and then "leave to desktop". Because of that, I had to restart from scratch three times already as I thought the progress would be automatically saved at some point.

I think the game really need to:

1. Prompt that progress will be lost when leaving the game.
2. Offer to save the game from the esc menu.

The save option is on the MM-Button in the top right menu. You don't even need to click it, but hovering over it is already enough. You should really start to explore the UI a littlebit more, especially in games, where most of your time takes place in this place.

The game also saves automatically once after creating a new career and after each race. If that doesn't happen, then make sure, that you didn't switch off auto saving accidentally in the options

And the game definitely warns you, when you want to go to the desktop. It just doesn't warn you, when you go to the main menu, but it's quite hard to hit Esc and one of these buttons accidentally anyway.
