Driver Mod
Is it possible to implement a gender mod into a running carrier, or i must start a new one?

Does anybody know? thx

You would need to start a new one as the database for your career is stored with the save file as obviously it needs to store the changes to drivers etc.

It may be possible to bodge it by replacing all female assets with male ones.

Actually scratch my idea on trying to force it. While they would appear male they would of course have female names.

change the f in the drivers.txt to m.
if you cant do it yourself, let somebody mod it. On how to edit stuff you have been informed in a modding discussion last year when people were talking about that. And if you haven't seen it yourself, the developer posted a guide on how to edit stuff. http://www.motorsportmanager.com/content/making-most-steam-workshop
