System requirements
I no longer trust Can You RUN It. Do you think that my PC can run it or not? These are the recommended specs.

I don't know, why don't you ask systemrequirementslab

I would like to know from someone that understand more than me about specs

Hard to do that if you don't share your specs. Next to that, CanYouRunIt gives a fair assesment for each game based on the minimum and recommended specs given by the developer.

Well, you have a laptop, problem 1. Problem 2 is your aged CPU and problem 3 would be your 2 year old drivers for your GPU.

It'll run, but don't expect anything flashy.

That's compared with the minimum requirements:

What do you mean with "anything flashy"? Could I still use mods?

It doesn't matter whether or not you look at the minimum or recommended. The recommended will show the same.

You're on a laptop, which means that your laptop's GPU will always be underpowered in comparison to their desktop counterpart. Still, that doesn't negate the fact that again, your drivers are 23 months old, better go and update that.

Your CPU is also at what, 6-7 years of age?

It will run the game, that however, doesn't mean that you can crank up your graphics to the max and it can also mean that you will suffer performance during the off-season due to all the background stuff that will be done by your cpu, which, is your weakest component.

During races you should be fine on 3d mode with some lower end graphics and if that's not capeable on your laptop there's always the 2d mode (which has some awesome rain graphics to be honest!).

Like I said, it'll run, but don't expect anything flashy. Best get yourself a new laptop if you can.

There is no way to update it?

You can update your drivers for the GPU since that's software. The only way to get better gpu/ram/cpu is to buy a completely new laptop.
