Disable the 3D background in menu

Hi,
It's summer and my graphic card is breathing fire. How to disable the 3D background in menus while keeping the 3D format for races?

Do you mean reduce the ♥♥♥♥ in the background? there a lots of options for that on your settings page ingame.

Otherwise use 2-D for true potatoe mode! (or HP all in ones)

That's my point, I don't want to use the 2D mode. Only the 3D background annoys me.

Then look at your settings, you can disable lots of the background stuff from the options menu, like the trucks, crowd etc etc.

Oops sorry, I meant the 3D background in the menus, not the races.

I also can not understand how the developers could put a moving video to the background in the menues. While it looks nice it is distracting me a lot from processing the information on the screen.

How to disable the background video in the menues
Go to your Motorsport Manager Folder in Windows Explorer (of course exit the game first), for me it was

C:\Steam\steamapps\common\Motorsport Manager\MM_Data\StreamingAssets

And rename the file "FrontendBackgound.bk2" to something else like "FrontendBackgound.bk2.disable".

And voilà - The background in the game menu is now black.
