Cool, didn't know that GPU's now came with a fire breathing application :D
Oops sorry, I meant the 3D background in the menus, not the races.

How to disable the background video in the menues
Go to your Motorsport Manager Folder in Windows Explorer (of course exit the game first), for me it was
C:\Steam\steamapps\common\Motorsport Manager\MM_Data\StreamingAssets
And rename the file "FrontendBackgound.bk2" to something else like "FrontendBackgound.bk2.disable".
And voilà - The background in the game menu is now black.
