GAME BROKEN.... Raven boss door

No mater how many times I go through the 2nd arch the branches stay to block my path.. nothing changes.
I even tried to reset by walking out of the area and repeating the entire puzzle... still nothing...2nd gate broken... cant continue

what difference? i have even stooped to watching a full walk through of this now matter how many times i try it is clearly broken and the branches that suppose to disappear are always still there. I cant walk up the tree limb? it is an obvious problem by the pictures i have provided.
(Just for clarification) I took the first screenshot, "walked through the gate" came back to the gate to take another screenshot to show that nothing is changing.

Yes I have had these type of problems with the puzzles of this game. So far, the problem is solved by walking through a portal once or twice, as the portal visits trigger different illusions.

In your first picture, you can see a wooden plank bridge on Senua's left side, through the portal. Enter the portal and walk the plank bridge and drop down to setup the wooden footbridge which is also visible in the same picture. Now you have setup the footbridge to the tree but the branches are in the way to cross it.

It looks like, from the picture, that you have already setup the wooden footbridge.

In the second picture you re-visit the portal. This time the plank bridge to the left is missing. That does not matter because you can enter the portal and drop down to the wooden footbridge, which hasn't changed. However, the tree branches should have changed and you can now walk up the tree into the nest at the top. From there you can solve the Raven Rune and a new cutscene is triggered.

Is that any clearer for you?

Basically you have setup the Wooden Footbridge and can now use it. But if you have reloaded the game you might have to do that bit again. Then you walk into the portal again and should be able to approach the tree.

The portal is like a toggle switch:
1) Walk through portal first time - Plank bridge is visible and tree branches are in the way.
2) Walk through portal second time - No Plank bridge visible but branches are cleared away from the path up into the tree.

If you walk through the portal a third time, you will be back at square one again, so you have to get the portal toggle switch right for the chosen path to be clear.

Oh?! I am only agreeing with post #4 and go on to describe what the difference is found in the two scenes. You can find the same information in the video, or in the game, if you can spot it. Nevertheless, it remains rather understated, and deserves some clarification.
