For me atmospheric games are Batman Arkham Asylum, Bioshock, Resident evil 4 (original), Dead space (original), Thief 2014, TES Skyrim.
Comes close, but less fighting. and an other Scenario.
+ Metro Exodus. The entire Metro franchise is on my favorites list.
In terms of gameplay: God of War (miles better than Senua though)
I haven't gotten it to run in a couple of years, but they just released a new minor update, so ...
The game is pure atmosphere horror with almost exactly the same twist at the end, so it may fit your desire. To be clear, however, it's pure atmosphere horror. No real puzzles, no combat, few dangers.
